Easy Integration and MaintenanceT-FITTINGS are engineered for seamless installation in existing or new pipelines, with threaded, flanged, or socket weld connections. Their design facilitates quick sensor installation, easy replacement, and effective maintenance, reducing downtime.
Reliable Performance Across ApplicationsSupporting nominal pipe sizes from DN15 to DN200 and operating pressures up to 10 bar, these fittings maintain high accuracy (1.5% of full scale) and are compatible with both electromagnetic and paddle wheel flow sensors. This assures consistent readings and dependable performance.
FAQs of Type of T-FITTINGS for Insertion Paddle Wheel type Flow Sensors:
Q: How do I select the appropriate material for T-FITTINGS based on my application?
A: Choosing the right materialPVC, PP, SS316, or Brassdepends on factors such as the chemical compatibility with the fluid, operating temperature, and corrosion resistance requirements. For aggressive chemicals, PP or SS316 is recommended, while PVC suits most standard water applications, and Brass is ideal for non-corrosive fluids.
Q: What installation positions and pipe types are these T-FITTINGS suitable for?
A: These T-FITTINGS are designed for installation in both horizontal and vertical pipeline orientations. They are compatible with plastic and metal pipes across a broad size range (DN15 to DN200), ensuring flexibility across various system designs.
Q: When should maintenance or sensor replacement be performed, and how easy is the process?
A: Routine maintenance intervals depend on application specifics, but these fittings offer easy sensor removal and replacement, minimizing process interruptions. Their user-friendly design supports quick service and reduces downtime for calibration or sensor change.
Q: Where can T-FITTINGS for insertion paddle wheel flow sensors be used?
A: These fittings are widely used in water treatment, chemical processing, HVAC, and industrial flow measurement applications. Their versatility, robust construction, and compatibility with multiple sensor types make them ideal for varied environments.
Q: What are the benefits of using T-FITTINGS with insertion paddle wheel flow sensors?
A: Benefits include precise flow monitoring (1.5% accuracy), simple installation, broad material compatibility, and reliable operation under pressures up to 10 bar and temperatures from -20C to 80C. Their robust IP65 or higher ingress protection ensures reliable operation even in challenging industrial conditions.
